We will pick you up from your accommodation at 18:00 and drive approx. 40mins to Pallastunturi in the national park where we will walk or snowshoe to a private traditional kota shelter.
Your guide will make a fire and while doing so teach you about traditional ways of fire making
(you can join in and help if you wish!)
We will be roasting marshmallows and sausages (or similar) over the fire with condiments and breads to go with it. All can join in!
Learn how to cook fresh pancakes over the fire served with a choice of jams. Enjoy a warming drink such as a selection of teas or hot chocolate.
Your experienced and knowledgeable photographer and guide will bring a DSLR camera along to take photos of your group and any auroras that we see. We will share the processed photos to you online afterwards.
We will keep an eye on the sky for auroras - Pallas is a fantastic place for seeing them!
