Hop into our cosy sleigh and travel over the frozen lake to the main island of Linnansaari National Park. In the sleigh you can enjoy the wintery white scenery while the guide takes you deep into the Lakeland. On Linnansaari island you can hike on the marked snowshoe tracks, visit the museum croft, have an outdoor picnic by an open fire, go tour skating or ice fishing. All activity gear can be rented from the reception in Oravi where you start the sleigh ride. We especially recommend snowshoeing on the marked routes!

On weekends you can visit the cafe on the island for pancakes and coffee. You can also take your own picnic or buy them as an extra service. There is firewood and fireplace on the island at your use (free of charge).

Main start time is at 10 am from Oravi. You can also book the ride for another time just by sending us a message. The return time is always scheduled with the driver depending on the weather and activities. Visiting the island takes normally 2-4 hours.
