We will provide warm winter clothing's for you, so no special clothing's are necessary.
Program includes guidance and equipment's, hot juice.
If you would like to keep more attention to your clothing, try to wear breathable, stretchy layers. As this is an aerobic activity, you will get hot but you want to be protected from the outdoor elements. Bring or wear an insulating layer and have a light waterproof layer with you.
