WHEELCHAIR USERS

The forest paths have been covered with wooden boards so that you can move along them with a wheelchair or a pushchair. A few locations aren’t accessible by wheelchair because of hilly terrain, and there are some steep inclines. The area around the Moominhouse is relatively accessible.

Disabled and wheelchair accessible restrooms are located at Mamma’s Kitchen and Theatre Emma.

DISABLED PERSONS

That require a companion can bring 1 companion into the park free of charge. Remember to bring the companion card or similar credentials. 

BAGGAGE STORAGE

You can find a baggage storage point on the Promenade by the Games of chance. The service costs 4 EUR per item. The baggage storage is open during Moominworld’s regular opening hours.

CHILDCARE ROOMS

There are several well-equipped childcare rooms connected to the toilets. It is also possible to heat baby food in a microwave oven at the restaurants.

PULL-ALONG WAGONS

You can rent a pull-along wagon from the Pancake Café near the entrance. The service costs 5 EUR per day (excl. 5 EUR safety deposit).

Dress according to the weather, as the majority of the Moominworld attractions and activities are outdoors, regardless of the weather. You should also pack your swimsuit, because there’s a beach.
